How to make a payment via Pace
What is Pace ?
Pace is a convenient third-party payment platform that allows customers to split a full payment into smaller amounts paid off at regular intervals over a fixed period (up to 3 months) with 0% interest.
Remarks
- We highly recommend you to sign up an account with Pace before making a payment. For more details about how to sign up and verify your account, please click here
- Making payment via Pace is not recommended in case the total amount is over the credit amount you have since the difference amount over the credit amount will be added to the 1st payment.
How to make a payment via Pace on Eventpop Website
- Select "Pace" for your payment method.
- Click on "Continue". The system will take you to Pace's website.
- Fill in your mobile phone number to sign up/sign in to your Pace account. Then, click on "Continue".
- The system will send OTP (One Time Password) to your mobile phone. Please fill in the OTP once you receive the password and click on " Submit".
- Review your total amount and installment schedule. Then, choose your credit/debit card you would like to make a payment and click on "Confirm Payment"
- If your order is completed, the system will take you to Thank you page as in the picture below (or click on "Back to Merchant") and send an order confirmation and tickets email to you. If you don't receive the tickets, you can check your order and download your tickets via "My Wallet" menu.
How to make a payment via Pace on Eventpop Application

What should I do if the order was expired?
If you don't complete your payment within the specific time, the screen will display an error as follows. We recommend you try make a new purchase again.
