What is "My Wallet"?

" My Wallet" is a very useful menu on both Eventpop website and application. Just like its name, My Wallet menu is where you can find your orders, E-tickets, order confirmations and application forms. 

My Wallet on Website

After logging in to your Eventpop account, you will find " My Wallet" menu on the top right corner of Eventpop website. You can check all the information of your orders, tickets, and purchased history by clicking on My Wallet menu or clicking on your profile photo and selecting My Wallet menu.

After entering to My Wallet, you can click on sub-menus as follows:

1. Orders - a sub-menu that shows all your orders together with payment status, types of tickets, order confirmations and shipping status (in case you choose to receive tickets by delivery).

You can click on order number to see order details, check and download your tickets or order confirmations, and request full tax invoice.

Order Confirmation - available for events that use physical tickets

- If you choose to pick up physical tickets at the event, you can click on " View Order confirmation (PDF)" to download order confirmation and show with your ID card or Passport to receive the tickets at event. 

- If you choose to receive the tickets by  delivery, you can check the shipping status by clicking on the order number. If your parcel is registered for delivery, there will be the tracking number shown. You can click on "Track Shipping" to check the shipping status.



2. Tickets - a sub-menu that shows all the tickets you have placed orders.

Remark : Only tickets filled in with your email or other emails that have never been registered on Eventpop will be shown. If the email has already been registered, ticket will be shown in My Wallet of the email owner's account.

2.1. Click on ticket to see ticket detail, download or print the PDF file and show it along with the ID card to attend the event. 

2.2. Click on " Transfer" to transfer ticket to other person.

Remark : The tickets can only be transferred in the event that the organizer allows the buyer to transfer tickets on the system. 


3. Applications - a sub-menu showing all the application forms you have submitted for events that the organizer wants to select the participants. You have to fill in the application forms before being selected by the organizer. After you submit the application form, you can check the status in this page.

If the organizer approves your application form, you can click on "Accept invitation" to continue your order and make a payment for your ticket.

Remark : The organizer will consider the participants who will have the rights to purchase tickets only.

My Wallet on Eventpop application

After logging in to your Eventpop account, you will find " Wallet" menu on the bottom center bar of Eventpop application (Wallet Icon). You can check all the information of your orders, tickets, and purchased history here.

"To Pay" menu is for checking the payment status of each order.

"To Receive" menu is for checking the shipping status of each order in case you choose to receive tickets by delivery.


When you tap on your order number (Order #xxxxx-xxxxxxx), you will find the order detail.

"To Pick Up" menu is for checking ticket status in case you choose to pick up the tickets at the venue.

When you tap on your order number (Order #xxxxx-xxxxxxx), you will find the order detail.

You can download the Order Confirmation by tapping on the order and   "View PDF".

"To Refund" menu is for checking the refund status in case the organizer allows you to request for refund on the system (Refunding depends on the organizer's policy).

"Applications" menu is for checking the application form in case the organizer asks you to submit an application form to select participants. You can tap on the event name or tap on "View all" to check the status of all the applications forms you have submitted.

" Tickets" menu is a menu showing your E-Tickets for each event. You can tap on "View Tickets" to see your ticket information and QR Code used for entering the event.
