How to make payment via K Plus

K Plus is a mobile-banking application provided by Kasikorn bank available on both iOS and Android. If you have a K Bank account that is linked with K Plus, you can make a payment for your orders via K Plus. Please remind that K Plus is available for only some events on Eventpop. If there is a K Plus logo on the event page as in the picture shown below, you can make a payment via K Plus.

If it's your first time making payment via K Plus, you have to register on the application on your device before making payment. You can learn more on how to register on the application in this video below. 


How to make payment via K Plus on website

1. Enter to Eventpop website. Then, select the event that you are interested in or enter to the event page by clicking on link posted on social media from the organizer.

2. After reading the details of the event, registering account or signing in to your account, you can select the quantity and type of tickets you want. Then, click on " Buy Tickets".

3. Fill in the details of participants. (If the participant is the buyer, you can click on the checkbox " Use My Information". Your information will be automatically filled in.)


TIP: Please check whether the information is correctly filled in because this information will be filled in your tickets and cannot be changed after the order is completed.

4. You can review your order summary before confirming your order. After reviewing the order summary, click on " Confirm"

5. The system will automatically take you to the payment method page. Select "K Plus" and fill in mobile number registered with K Plus. Then, click on " Continue".

6. The system will send a transaction to K Plus and there will be a notification shown up. Then, tap on the notification to make a payment via K Plus application.

7. Please review the detail of transaction. Then, tap on " Pay"

8. After making payment and checking your transaction, your order status will change to " Paid". You can get your tickets depending on the method you chose (Delivery or Pick Up At the Event).

How to make payment via K Plus on Eventpop application

1. Go to Eventpop application. Then, tap on the event that you are interested in.

2. After reading the details of the event, registering account or signing in to your account, you can select the quantity and type of tickets you want. Then, tap on "  Buy Tickets".

3. Fill in the details of participants. (If the participant is the buyer, you can tap on the checkbox " Use My Information". Your information will be automatically filled in.)

4. You can review your order summary before confirming your order. After reviewing the order summary, tap on " Confirm"

5. The system will automatically take you to the payment method page. Select "K Plus" and fill in mobile number registered with K Plus. Then, tap on " Continue".

6. The system will send a transaction to K Plus and there will be a notification shown up. Then, tap on the notification to make a payment via K Plus application.

7. Please review the detail of transaction. Then, tap on " Pay"

8. After making payment and checking your transaction, your order status will change to " Paid". You can get your tickets depending on the method you chose (Delivery or Pick Up At the Event).

How to enable notification on K Plus Application

1. Open " K Plus" application and tap on "More"

2. Tap on " Settings"

3. Tap on " Application"

4. Tap on " Notifications"

5. Enable " Smart Payment & Top Up Reminder"


If  I didn't get any notifications from K Plus, what should I do?

You can open K Plus application and go to the " Bell" icon on the top right. Then, tap on the transaction from Eventpop and pay. 



How to get back to the order if I accidentally close the application?

Normally, you have 15 minutes to complete your order. If you close or swap the windows, you can get back to your order by going to " My Wallet" menu and tap on "Continue Payment". The system will take you to the check out or pay page. The time will start counting from the last time.
