What Is 'Reset Password Token Is Invalid'?

If the system shows the error 'Reset password token is invalid' during resetting the password, this is because you click on the "Send Reset Link" button more than one time. Normally, the system will automatically generate a reset password token and send it as an in-email button to the email address you filled in once you click on that button. 

However, if you click on the button more than one time, the system will cancel the previous token and resend a new reset password token to your email address. That is why you cannot click on the "Reset my Password" button in the previous email to reset the password. 

We suggest you to click on "Send Reset Link" again, open the latest email that the system send to you, click on the button "Reset My Password", and proceed the reset password process normally.
