How to buy Add-on Ticket

What is an Add-on Ticket ?

An Add-on Ticket is a type of ticket designed for participating in additional activities within the event, such as various workshops, which are not included in the Main Ticket. If you would like to take part in other activities within the event, you can choose to purchase an add-on ticket during making purchase along with your main event ticket or buying an add-on ticket separately at a later time.

Remark :

  • You will need to purchase/have at least one main ticket for the event before purchasing add-on ticket(s).
  • If you have only add-on ticket, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event. This depends on the terms and conditions of each event.

How to buy Add-on Ticket via Event page


  1. Choose the event you wish to purchase add-on ticket(s).
  2. Log in with the account you used to purchase / have the main ticket(s) for the event.
  3. Click the "Buy add-on tickets" button.
  4. Select the ticket amount of add-on ticket you desire, then click the "Next" button to proceed with the payment.
  5. After completing the payment, you will receive the E-Ticket for the add-on ticket(s) via email. You can also check them in the "My Wallet" menu on the website and Eventpop application.


How to buy Add-on Ticket via My Wallet


  1. Go to the "My Wallet" menu and select "Ticket"
  2. Choose the main ticket of the event you want to purchase add-on ticket(s) and click "View detail"
  3. Click the "Buy add-on tickets" button.
  4. Select the ticket amount of add-on ticket you desire, then click the "Next" button to proceed with the payment.
  5. After completing the payment, you will receive the E-Ticket for the add-on ticket(s) via email. You can also check them in the "My Wallet" menu on the website and Eventpop application.
