Queueing before buying a ticket?
If the queue is enabled, you will find the "Get in Queue" button before buying a ticket. Once it's your turn to purchase a ticket, you can purchase a ticket via the website.

If it's your turn to buy a ticket but you're unable to proceed with the purchase, please provide your queue number and relevant evidence to our Customer Support via Line ID: @eventpop
If the queue system is not open, you can purchase a ticket normally without queuing.
How to check order status
Once you have made a payment, you can check the order status via email and the menu "My Wallet"

If your order is not status "Already Paid" within 5 minutes, please contact our Customer Support via Line ID: @eventpop
In case of misspelled name and duplicate name
If the name on the ticket is duplicated or has a minor misspelling, it will not affect your entry to the event.
You can show your E-Ticket along with your ID card / Passport for verification at the event venue.
Can I re-purchase the Add-on ticket after making a payment?
If you have already completed your purchase and would like to order the Add-on ticket later, you can select “Add-on Ticket” from the My Wallet menu.
