How to Purchase Ticket Protect Service
For customers who purchase Ticket Protect from March 14th, 2025 onwards.
If the Ticket Protect Service is available in the event, you can purchase it during making order. Here's how to do it.
- After you enter the event page, select the type and quantity of ticket and click or tap on "Buy Tickets", the system will take you to the checkout page. You have to fill in the information on the ticket. Then, you will see the Ticket Protect Service section. You can see how much the insurance fee is. The fee will be calculated from the ticket price and service charge (if any) only. Payment fee and shipping fee will not be calculated.
Remark: Only the ticket price as specified on the ticket will be refunded. If VAT is not included in the ticket price, the VAT amount will not be refunded in any case.
- If you want to purchase it, please click or tap on "Ticket Protect (Recommended)". When you choose "Ticket Protect (Recommended)", the system will add an additional service fee to your order.
Remark:
- If you do not select one of these options (Yes or No), you will not be able to proceed to the next step.
- You can choose the Ticket Protect service while placing an order only. You will not be able to purchase this service again after completing your order, under any circumstances.
