How to submit a refund application with Ticket Protect
For customers who purchased Ticket Protect from Mar 14th, 2025 onwards.
To submit a refund application with Ticket Protect, ticker holder needs to download a refund form, fill in all information as listed and submit supporting evidence as required by Ticket Protect. The process is as follows:
- Download a refund form
- Complete the refund form
Send the following document to the email address at ticketprotect@tsi.co.th immediately or within 30 days starting from the event day.
- Company Refund Form
- Supporting evidences (based on your refund reason as listed in Ticket Protect Service Policy)
- Copy of ID/Passport of the ticket holder
- Copy of bank book of the ticket holder
Send original un-used ticket to Ticket Protect team. The details are as follows:
- E-Ticket
You can simply attach an un-used E-Ticket in PDF file in the same email above.
- If the ticket for the event is physical ticket (Wristband/ Paper/ PVC card), and you haven't receive it yet
You can simply attach an un-used Order confirmation in a PDF file or Order Details screen in the same email above.
- If you have already received physical ticket (Wristband/ Paper/ PVC card)
You will need to send the original un-used ticket by post to the shipping address below:

- Ticket Protect team will review your refund application and consider your request after the event ends. This process will take 15 days. If your refund application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and receive the refund directly to your bank account. The refund timeline depends on the processing time of the bank and Ticket Protect. However, if it is rejected, you will receive a confirmation email as well.
Remark:
- Ticket Protect team will consider your request and make a decision from your refund reason, supporting documents and your ticket status. Kindly note that the decision from Ticket Protect team is final.
- If your refund application is rejected, you will not be able to submit a new refund application again. It is highly recommended to check if your refund reason is covered by Ticket Protect and your supporting documents match with the documents required based on the refund reason.
- Reimbursement will be issued to 1 customer/ 1 event ticket only.
- Normally, the refund will be issued in Thai Baht (THB). If you decide to receive the refund in another currency, the refund will be converted from Thai Baht (THB) to your desire currency by the bank. Please remind that the refund amount you receive will vary depending on currency exchange rate on that day.
