Queueing before buying a ticket?
If the queue is enabled, you will find the "Get in Queue" button before buying a ticket. Once it's your turn to purchase a ticket, you can purchase a ticket via the website.

If it's your turn to buy a ticket but you're unable to proceed with the purchase, please provide your queue number and relevant evidence to our Customer Support via Line ID: @eventpop
If the queue system is not open, you can purchase a ticket normally without queuing.
How many tickets can I purchase?
One account can purchase an unlimited number of tickets, but a maximum of 4 tickets per order is allowed.
Can I choose to have the ticket delivered?
You can select your preferred ticket collection method during the purchase process, either by picking it up at the event or opting for delivery. If you choose delivery, an additional shipping fee will apply.
Can I change the delivery method?
According to the event organizer’s policy, once the order is completed, the delivery method cannot be changed.
How can I check the order confirmation?

Is there an age restriction for the event?
According to the organizer’s policy, all attendees must be at least 20 years old on the event date.
Remark: An agent will be present at the event venue to verify your age.
How many days can I use the wristband to attend the event?
The wristband received either via on-site exchange or delivery can be used to attend all three days of the event.
Remark: Once the wristband has been collected and worn, it cannot be transferred to another person.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can contact Customer Support within 3 days after completing your order to request a change of delivery address. The request must be made while the order status is still "Processing Ticket."
If the request is made after this period, the parcel will be shipped to the address originally provided in your order.
