How to disconnect with World ID on Eventpop

You may disconnect your World ID at any time by following these steps.

Remark: Please note that disconnecting your World ID will not affect your order history or ticket purchases.


How to disconnect World ID via website


  1. Go to Eventpop website, then click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Click on the “Edit Profile”
  3. Scroll down to the World ID section, then click on the “Disconnect” button under World ID.
  4. A notification page will appear, then click on the “OK” button to complete the disconnection.
  5. A notification page will appear confirming that your Eventpop account has been successfully disconnected from World ID.


How to disconnect World ID via application


  1. Go to the Eventpop application then click on the “Account” button located at the bottom right of your screen.
  2. Click on the “Edit Profile”
  3. Scroll down to the World ID section, then click on the “Disconnect” button under World ID.
  4. A notification page will appear, then click on the “Confirm” button to complete the disconnection.
  5. Once the process is complete, the World ID symbol will disappear from your account information page.
