How to disconnect with World ID on Eventpop
You may disconnect your World ID at any time by following these steps.
Remark: Please note that disconnecting your World ID will not affect your order history or ticket purchases.
How to disconnect World ID via website
- Go to Eventpop website, then click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the “Edit Profile”
- Scroll down to the World ID section, then click on the “Disconnect” button under World ID.
- A notification page will appear, then click on the “OK” button to complete the disconnection.
- A notification page will appear confirming that your Eventpop account has been successfully disconnected from World ID.
How to disconnect World ID via application
- Go to the Eventpop application then click on the “Account” button located at the bottom right of your screen.
- Click on the “Edit Profile”
- Scroll down to the World ID section, then click on the “Disconnect” button under World ID.
- A notification page will appear, then click on the “Confirm” button to complete the disconnection.
- Once the process is complete, the World ID symbol will disappear from your account information page.
