I don't have World ID. Can I purchase ticket(s) in World ID Pre-sale round?

We recommend you sign up for World ID and verify your account before purchasing ticket(s). However, if you do not want to create World ID, you can still purchase ticket(s) during public sales.

How many Eventpop accounts can be connected to 1 World ID?

1 World ID can be connected to 1 Eventpop account only. If you would like to connect your World ID with other Eventpop account, you can do it anytime by disconnecting your World ID and connect it with other Eventpop account.

I cannot purchase ticket(s) in World ID pre-sale round. What should I do?

Normally, this issue can be occurred from various reasons below.

• Your Eventpop account is not connected with World ID.

  We recommend you connect your Eventpop account with World ID and try making purchase again.

• You have reached the maximum number of ticket purchase per 1 World ID.

  In some events, there might be a maximum number of ticket purchase limited per 1 World ID, for example only 4 tickets can be purchased per 1 World ID.

  If you have purchased 4 tickets already, you will not be able to purchase more tickets in World ID pre-sale round. You will need to purchase tickets during public sales again.
