If the payment method "Bank Transfer" is available for the event you are interested in, you can buy a ticket on our website and make a payment via Bank Transfer. You can follow these steps to make a payment via Bank Transfer.

How to make a payment via Bank Transfer by website
1. After reviewing the order summary, click on "Confirm", The system will automatically take you to the payment method page.
2. Select "Bank Transfer", the bank name for transferring money will be shown up. Then, click on "Confirm".
3. The system will bring you to the bank transfer instruction page with bank account number and transfer amount (excluding cross-bank money transfer fees and cross-province money transfer fees).
4. Transfer money and upload slip to confirm bank transfer in the system. The organizer will check transaction and confirm your order.
5. After the organizer confirmed your order, The status of your order will be changed to "Paid". The system will automatically send the ticket or order confirmation to the email.
TIPS: If you make payment but don't confirm the payment within the specific time, your order will be cancelled and the ticket will be returned to the system.
TIPS: In case you make payment via bank transfer and want to request a full tax invoice for service charge issued by Eventpop, you need to wait for the organizer to confirm your payment. Then, you can request a full tax invoice.
How to Confirm Bank Transfer via Eventpop website
After transferring money, you need to confirm payment via Eventpop system based on your order number. You can confirm on Bank Transfer Insruction page. Then, choose "Confirm Bank Transfer" at the bottom of the screen.
1. In the other hand, you can go to Eventpop. Then, Choose profile icon on the top right.
2. Choose "Orders" menu, Find your order and choose "Confirm Bank Transfer"
3. Fill the details of slip and choose "Confirm Bank Transfer". System will lock your ticket quota in the system until the organizer confirm your order.
4. The organizer will check evidence of transaction within 2-3 working days (Depends on the organizer process) After they confirmed, You will get order completed email with ticket or order confirmation for receive ticket, goods, package.
