How to make a payment via Bank Transfer

If the payment method "Bank Transfer" is available for the event you are interested in, you can buy a ticket on our website and make a  payment via Bank Transfer. You can follow these steps to make a payment via Bank Transfer.

Remarks: This payment method is optional. It is available for only some events.

How to make a payment via Bank Transfer by website

1. Select the event that you want on the Eventpop website or directly from the website link of the organizer.

2. Read the details of the event and ready to register, select the number of tickets and the type of ticket you want and click the "Buy Tickets".

3.  Fill in the details of participants. (If the participant is the buyer, you can click on the checkbox " Use My Information". Your information will be automatically filled in.)

TIP: Please check whether the information is correctly filled in because this information will be filled in your tickets and cannot be changed after the order is completed.

4. You can review your order summary before confirming your order. After reviewing the order summary, click on " Confirm"

5. The system will automatically take you to the payment method page. Select  "Bank Transfer", the bank name for transferring money will be shown up. Then, click on "Confirm".

5. If the transaction is completed, the system will bring you to the thank you page with transfer amount (excluding cross-bank money transfer fee and cross-province money transfer fee) and bank account number. After transferring money, you need to confirm payment via Eventpop system based on your order number. You can confirm your bank transfer by filling in the transfer date and time and uploading the transfer slip. Then , click on " Confirm Bank Transfer" at the bottom of the screen.

In the other hand, you can open an order confirmation email that will be received after making the order. There's a  "Confirm Payment" button in the email.

After clicking the button, the payment confirmation page will be shown up. Please fill in the transfer date and time and upload the transfer slip. You also can enter to Eventpop website and log in with the account you use to buy the ticket. Then, click on My Wallet menu.

  • Click on "All Orders" menu and go to the order you want to confirm payment. Click on "Confirm Bank Transfer".

  • Fill in transfer date and time, upload transfer slip (in JPG or PNG format), and click on "Confirm Bank Transfer".

7. The system will automatically send the E-ticket to the email you filled in during making order after the organizer checks the payment. You can use E-ticket to enter the event after the organizer approves your payment. The status of your order will be changed to "Paid".

TIPS: If you make payment but don't confirm the payment within the specific time, your order will be cancelled and the ticket will be returned to the system.

TIPS: In case you make payment via bank transfer and want to request a full tax invoice for service charge issued by Eventpop, you need to wait for the organizer to confirm your payment. Then, you can request a full tax invoice.



How to make a payment via Bank Transfer on Eventpop application

1. Choose the event that you are interested in

2. When you are ready to buy a ticket, select the quantity and type of tickets you want. Then, tap on  "Buy Tickets".

3.  Fill in the details of participants. (If the participant is the buyer, you can tap on the checkbox " Use My Information". Your information will be automatically filled in.)

After confirming your order, the system will bring you to the thank you page with transfer amount (excluding cross-bank money transfer and cross-province money transfer fee) and bank account number. You can jot down this information, so you can easily transfer money. After transferring money, please fill in the transfer date and time, upload transfer slip (in JPG or PNG format), and tap on  "Confirm Bank Transfer".

6. The system will automatically send the E-ticket to the email you filled in during making order after the organizer checks the payment. You can use E-ticket to enter the event after the organizer approves your payment. The status of your order will be changed to "Paid".
