Ticket Delivery Policy

Policy of Ticket/Wristband/Goods Delivery

According to the company's delivery policy, our team will start shipping out the tickets once they receive tickets/wristbands/goods from the organizer's supplier only. We will start packing parcels respectively in according to the order number. 


Normally, in case there are many different types of tickets/wristbands/goods in the event, the production timeline of each type is various, our team will start packing and shipping from the type which is ready to be packed first for convenience. That's why some people sometimes receive their parcels before the others do even though they placed order before.


After your parcel has been registered and handed to the courier, you can check your tracking status and tracking no. via My Wallet menu on either our website at www.eventpop.me or our mobile application "Eventpop".


However, if you have not received the parcel within 7 days before the event day, we highly recommended you contact our Customer Support to check and track your parcel.


I made multiple orders. Can they be sent together in one time?

We know that delivering tickets of all orders in one time is convenient, however, this is not supported right now. Therefore, it isn't possible to separate only your orders and send them together. Tickets are delivered respectively depending the order number or the availability of the shipment at that time. 


Can I change receiving method?

Changing receiving method depends on the event policy. It can be divided into two cases as follows:

1. Changing from Delivery to Picking up ticket at the event

In case you choose to receive ticket by delivery, you can change to pick up ticket at the event only when your delivery status of your order is "Processing Ticket" only. If the delivery status is Preparing or Ready to Ship, changing the receiving method is not possible anymore because your parcel has been registered to the courier system already.


In order to change receiving method, please send a request with your order no. to our Customer Support via Live Chat or Email or you can simply reply to the order confirmation email so that they can check if the change is possible.

If it is possible, Customer Support will change the receiving method to 'Picking up ticket at the event", the order confirmation will be sent to your email automatically or you can download it at My Wallet menu. On the event day, please show this document together with your original ID card/Driving license/Passport to pick up the ticket.

Remark : If you change from delivery to pick up ticket at the event  after your order is completed, we reserve the rights not to refund your delivery fee under any circumstances.

2. Changing from Picking up ticket at the event to Delivery

In case you choose to receive ticket at the event and would like to change to receive it by delivery, this depends on the event policy. Unfortunately, you will not be able to change it to delivery under any circumstances generally.
