Policy of Ticket Delivery

According to the company's delivery policy, our team will start shipping out the tickets once they receive tickets from the organizer's supplier. We will start packing and registering parcels respectively in according to the order number. After your parcel has been registered on the system, you will receive notification email and SMS with the tracking no.

Normally, tickets are produced sorted by order number or ticket type, and sent to the shipping courier to register for delivery. If there are many types of tickets or different ticket registration forms, our team will select the type of ticket that can be delivered first and produce them. That's why some people sometimes receive physical tickets before the others even though they placed order before.

However, if you have not received the ticket within 7 days before the event day, we recommended you contact our Customer Support to check and track your parcel.


I made multiple orders. Can they be sent together in one time?

We know that delivering tickets of all orders in one time is convenient, however, the system are unable to conduct the purchased order together since the tickets are registered in group. Therefore, it isn't possible to separate only your orders and send them together. Tickets are delivered respectively depending the order number or the availability of the shipment at that time. 


Can I change receiving method?

Changing receiving methods can be divided into two cases as follows:

1. Changing from Delivery to Picking up ticket at the event

In case you choose to receive ticket by delivery, you can change to pick up ticket at the event only when your delivery status of your order is "Pending". If the delivery status is either "Packed" or "Shipped", you are not able to change the receiving method because your ticket/parcel has already been registered or shipped. 

In order to change receiving method, please send a request via email by replying the order confirmation email or sending a new request email using the same email you used during making order to pop@eventpop.me. After staff changes the receiving method, the system will send you an order confirmation via email or you can download it at My Wallet menu. On the event day, please show this document together with your ID card/Driving license/Passport to pick up the ticket.

Remark : If you change from delivery to pick up ticket at the event  after your order is completed, we reserve the rights not to refund your delivery fee.

2. Changing from Picking up ticket at the event to Delivery

In case choose to pick up ticket at the event, please send a request via email by replying the order confirmation email or sending a new request email using the same email you used during making order to pop@eventpop.me. After receiving your request, the staff will send you information for transferring additional delivery fee (THB70/Order). Please make payment and send email back to us with recipient's name, address, mobile phone number together with a photo of your transfer slip. Staff will change the receiving method and reply you back to confirm the change.

Remark : The shipping fees are determined by the type of ticket/product and quantity. Kindly review the fees via the email you received from Eventpop. (Please note that this depends on the event policy)
