Refund Policy

Refund request can be divided into 3 cases as follows:

1. Refund request due to the postponement/cancellation of event

The organizer will announce the postponement/cancellation and the refund policy to all buyers via email, Facebook Page or other channels.

Remarks: Eventpop Co., Ltd. reserves the rights not to refund fees including payment fee, service charge, delivery fee and Refund Protect fee in any case.

2. Requesting for refund with Refundable Tickets

You can submit refund request with Refundable Tickets under covered circumstances only. Refund will be considered from the reason that you request for refund.  Please remind that the decision of Refundable Tickets is final (Click here for more detail about Refundable Tickets) If the Refundable Tickets rejects your refund request refund will be based on the refund policy, conditions and decision of the organizer only.

3. Requesting for refund with the organizer

If you do not buy Refundable Tickets insurance or request for refund in other cases, refund will be based on the refund policy, conditions and decision of the organizer only.

Please contact Customer Support, inform the order number and the reason for requesting a refund. The staff will coordinate with the organizer to consider your refund request. Please remind that the decision of the organizer is final.

If the organizer allows you to get the refund, you will need to pay for additional fees (THB 30) in case your order is paid via K Pay Plus, QR PromptPay and Bill Payment.
According to the policy of Event Pop Co., Ltd., we are an intermediary between organizers, buyers and  Refundable Tickets.
