More questions about buying tickets

Want to know how many tickets left? Is it sold out yet?

Amount of tickets is internal information of the organizers. It depends on the organizers to decide whether they want to show this information. The remaining tickets will be shown below each ticket types.

If the ticket type is sold out, it'll show the message "Sold Out" on that ticket type, and you can't choose any amount of tickets.

Can I buy a ticket for someone else?

Buying tickets and receiving tickets for others will depend on the terms and conditions of the organizer. Generally, the organizer will allow you to buy tickets for friends, but you should be careful about filling in the ticket or buyer's information. It should be first and last name of the person who attends the event. Name on Facebook cannot be used to buy tickets.

There are name checking and ticket purchase limit in some events. If you fill in wrong information or the name on ticket mismatches with the name on ID/Driving license/Passport, that person will not be allowed to attend the event. We suggest you recheck the information and clearly read the terms and conditions of the event before making purchases.

Can I book ticket first and pay later?

According to the company policy, you are not allowed to book the ticket first and then pay later. You should book ticket and make payment within the specified time shown on the event page.
