What should I do if available seats shown  are less than seats I can choose?

While you are selecting the amount of seats, other people are also looking and booking their seats. If available seats are less than the amount you selected, the system will show a message "seating is not enough" and you will not be able to complete to next step. 

You should change the amount of ticket matching with available seats at that time or change zone/showtime.


Can I change the seat if my payment isn't completed?

In case you purchase a ticket via the website - If you want to change the seat but your payment has not been settled, you can press the back button and select the new seat. You will see the pop-up and press "Cancel & Buy New Tickets" to proceed with the new order.

In case you purchase a ticket via the Eventpop application - If you want to change the seat but your payment has not been settled, you can simply purchase a new order. Your previous order will expire and be automatically canceled.

Remark : You can select the old seat after the order has expired and canceled.


Can I change the seat if my payment is completed?

If you want to change the seat but your payment has already been settled, it depends on the organizer's policy and decision. You can contact Customer Support and inform your order number, first - last name, email and phone number to our staff. We will coordinate with the organizer. After sending your case to the organizer, you have to wait for the organizer to consider and give the answer.



Why can't I choose the seating event I have chosen zone.

If you've picked a zone in the system but can't choose a seat, it might be because other users are ordering seats at the same time. This can make the seats in that zone temporarily sold out. To fix this, try pressing the 'refresh' button on the top left corner of the seating plan or refresh the website to pick seats in different zones.

Tips!

  • When placing an order on the website, notice the grayed-out area on the seating plan.
  • If you're using the application, if the loading page takes more than 10 seconds after selecting zone means the zone is temporarily sold out.
