Can I request for full tax invoice if the organizer is an ordinary person?

According to the policy of the Revenue Department, only juristic person can issue tax invoices. Normally, if the organizer is ordinary person, he/she can only issue receipts.


Can I request full tax invoice of service charge and other fees if it is over 24 hours?

According to the policy of the Revenue Department,  customer can request for a full tax invoice from the merchandise within 24 hours. If it is over 24 hours, only receipts can be issued. You can download receipts at "My Wallet" menu by going to the order that you want the receipts. Then, click on "More Details", scroll down to Receipts/Tax invoice part and click on "Print Receipt" of ticket. The system will show receipts in PDF file format for you to print or download.


Can I request for a correction if I fill in the wrong information on the full tax invoice?

Correcting tax invoice can be divided into 3 cases as follows:

1. Correcting Service charge tax invoice

If you fill in the wrong information on the service charge tax invoice, you can contact our Customer Support with your order number. (#xxxxx-xxxxxxx). Our staff will verify the information and coordinate with the accounting team to correct the information. Please note that you can request for tax invoice correction from the day you purchase ticket(s) until the 3rd of the following month only.

For example, if you made a ticket purchase on January 5th, you can request for correction until February 3rd.

Remark: If you contact our Customer Support after the specified period, we reserve the right not to make correction in any case since the company has already filed the tax with the Revenue Department.

2. Correcting Ticket tax invoice (in case of the organizer issuing it themselves)

If you fill in the wrong information on the ticket tax invoice that is issued by the event organizer (not available for download in My Wallet menu), we recommend you to directly contact the organizers for more information about this.

Remark: The policy regarding ticket tax invoice depends entirely on the event organizer.

3. Correcting Ticket tax invoice (in case of issuing it via the Eventpop system)

If you fill in the wrong information on the ticket tax invoice that is issued through the Eventpop system (can be downloaded in the My Wallet menu), you can contact our Customer Support with order numbers (#xxxxx-xxxxxxx). Our staff will verify the information and coordinate with the event organizer to consider your correction request. However, the decision and correction period depend on the organizer.
