Can I request for withholding tax of service charge from Eventpop?
If the total amount (excluding VAT) of fee charges including service charge, ticketing fee, payment fee, shipping fee, and Refundable Tickets fee is equal to or over 1,000 THB, you can request for a withholding tax deduction from the date you completed the payment until the 1st of the following month. Please contact our Customer Support for further inquiries and process.
I did not request for the withholding tax during purchasing order. What should I do?
Withholding tax of ticket must be requested during making purchase. If you do not request for it, we suggest you contact the organizer directly. Contact information of organizer is on the bottom of event page.
