What is the maximum amount of money I can pay by Bill Payment?

The maximum amount of money you can pay is 30,000 THB/bill according to the policy of 123 Service Company Limited. If total amount of you order is over 30,000 THB, Bill Payment method will not be shown up. You must make payment via other methods instead.


I did not receive Bill Payment Instruction in email. What should I do? 

If you have made an order and chose to make payment by Bill Payment but you do not receive any e-mail from us, you can follow the steps below to download your Bill Payment Instruction.

How to Continue Making Payment via Eventpop website

1. Tap profile picture on the right top, 

2. Choose "Orders" and find your order. Then, click on "Print Bill Payment".

3. The screen will show a Bill Payment Instruction in PDF file. You can save as a picture or print this document out and pay it at counter service points shown in Bill Payment Instruction. The second page shows how to pay via ATMs of the listed banks.

Do I need to confirm the payment after paying by Bill Payment?

Normally, if you pay your order via bill payment, the system will automatically check the transaction you have paid within 15 minutes. After your payment status is updated, you will receive an order confirmation email and the payment status in My Wallet will be changed to green and show "Paid". So, you do not have to confirm the payment to Eventpop.

However, we suggest you keep your evidence of payment. In case the payment status is not updated, you can contact us for more information. 


I did not make a payment within the time specified in the bill. What should I do?

When you order tickets and choose to pay by Bill Payment, but you do not make the payment within the time specified in the bill, your order will be expired and cancelled. Therefore, this bill cannot be paid anymore. You should make a new order (if there are tickets available) and make the payment within the time specified in the bill as shown in this picture. 


I made a payment by Bill Payment, but the status does not change. What should I do?

Normally, if you pay your order via bill payment, the system will automatically check the transaction you have paid within 15 minutes. After your payment status is updated, you will receive an order confirmation email and the payment status in My Wallet will be changed to green and show "Paid".

If you make a payment, but there is no order confirmation email sent and the payment status is not changed to  "Waiting for Bill Payment" or your order is lost, please contact our Customer support in Help Center and inform your order number, name, email, contact number together with proof of payment such as a payment receipt. We will coordinate with 123 Service to examine the case and contact you back during business hours.


I made a payment by Bill Payment with unlisted bank in the bill. What should I do?

Normally,  you can make a payment by Bill Payment via only 5 listed banks including Kasikorn Bank, SCB, Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank, and Bank of Krungsri Ayudhaya.

Making a payment with unlisted banks is unavailable because they take longer time to check the transactions than the order period. It makes your order cancelled even though you have made a payment. So, please make a payment with only these 5 listed banks. If you make a payment with unlisted banks, your money will be held at 123 service and the order will be cancelled at the specified expiry time.

In this case, we suggest you directly contact 123 Service Company Limited via Call Center 02 026 3000/ 02 116 7000 or email 123service@2c2p.com, inform the request for refund with 123 service, and order new tickets as soon as possible.
