What is Installment Payment via Credit Card?

An installment payment via Credit card is a convenient payment method that allows customers to split a full payment into smaller amounts paid off at regular intervals over a fixed period. Currently, you can offer payment plans of up to 4 monthly installments with a minimum total charge amount of 2,500 THB. 


Supported Credit card for Installment Payment 

- Krungsri Credit cards (except First Choice credit card)
- Bangkok Bank Credit cards
- KBank Credit cards
- Krungthai  Credit card (KTC)


How to make a payment via Installment on website

1. After reviewing the order summary, click on " Confirm", The system will automatically take you to the payment method page. 

2. Choose " Installment" and choose the bank who issues your credit card. Select an installment plan and click on "Continue".

TIP: You can review your Grand Total at the column on the right. You can click on "View Detail" to review the Grand Total in detail.

3. The system will take you to the bank website. You have to fill in information as follows:

- Credit/Debit card numbers. The number is in the front of your credit/debit card. 
- Name of cardholder. It is the name of the card owner. Please fill in the capital letters in both first and last name. 
- Card expiration date. The expiration date is shown on your credit/debit card. 
- CVV number. The 3-digits code is on the back of the card

Then, click on " Continue".

4. The system will check your credit card via Payment Gateway. If your credit card is valid, the system will take you to the Bank Security Checking page to identify the owner of the credit card before making payment. Click on " Request OTP". The system will send OTP to your mobile phone (registered with your credit card). 

Please fill in the OTP once you receive the password and click on " Submit". The system will check the OTP. If the information is correct, you credit card will be charged.

5. If your order is completed, the system will take you to Thank you page as in the picture below and send an order confirmation and tickets email to you. If you don't receive the tickets, you can check your order and download your tickets via " My Wallet" menu.


How to make a payment via Installment on Eventpop application
