How to change ticket receiver's name on order confirmation (via system)
If you buy tickets on Eventpop website or application, choose to pick up tickets at the event venue, but you are not able to attend the event or pick them up yourself, you can change the receiver's name online via system on Eventpop website. Please noted that this service is available in only some events. The process is as follows:
Remarks: You can change the receiver's name only 1 time/order within specific time depending on the organizer of the event
1. Enter to Eventpop and log in to your account. Then, click on "My Wallet" menu or "Profile Picture" on the top right corner.
2. Choose "Order" menu
3. Choose the order you want to change the receiver's name and then choose "View Order Detail"
3. Choose "Change Receiver Info"
4. Fill in the first name and last name of the new receiver and choose "Update Receiver Information"
5. The system will pop up the confirm then choose "OK"
After that, the receiver's name will be changed. You can download new order confirmation by open your order and choose "Download Order Confirmation" button.
On the event day, ticket receiver has to show order confirmation together with original Identification document (e.g. ID Card/Driving's license/Passport) depending on the organizer's policy to pick up tickets at the event.
