How to request refund or transfer ticket to S2O 2021

Thank you for your patience while we sorted out the next steps and we are happy to announce that there are two options for your order with Eventpop, either request for a refund or move the ticket to next year’s S2O to take place during 13-15 April 2021. Please note that for each order, only one option can be chosen.

STEPS:

Please follow this link (available on website only) and log in your account to access the order in "My Wallet" menu

After choosing your order for S2O, click on  “View More Detail” under “Ticket Refund Options Is Now Available”

You will see two options, please agree to the refund policy and choose one option


1. REFUND OPTION

Click on the  "Get refund" button and you will see this screen

  • If you paid by credit card/debit card or alipay, Eventpop will automatically refund the ticket value amount (not include any ticketing or payment fees) to your account within 2 billing cycles. (Start refunding on May 8, 2020)
  • If you paid by bill payment or k pay plus, the ticket value amount (not include any ticketing or payment fees) will be refunded. Eventpop will send you an email within 2 weeks after you requested to input your bank account details. Eventpop will transfer money to your bank account. (Start refunding on May 8, 2020)
  • If you have already received the wristband, the delivery fee won't be refunded.
  • If you have already received a refund through Refund protect, you cannot get double refunded. 
  • The refund request is available until 30 April 2020.

2. MOVE TICKET TO NEXT YEAR OPTION


Click on the  "move ticket" button and you will see this screen

  • For 3 day passes that were marked for delivery, Eventpop will start sending the new wristbands from 1 March 2021 onwards.
  • For 3 day passes that were marked for pick up at the event, Eventpop will send you the new QR code by 15 January 2021.  
  • For 1 day tickets, Eventpop will provide you with a code in your order in My Wallet menu by 15 January 2021 
  • You can choose the day you would like to attend the festival next year. You can choose the day until 15 February 2021 after which the Eventpop system will automatically move your ticket to match the event day next year, so from 11 April 2020 to 13 April 2021,12 April 2020 to 14 April 2021,13 April 2020 to 15 April 2021, depending on your ticket date.  
  • Delivery or pick up at the event will depend on what you originally chose when purchasing tickets for 2020. 
  • The move ticket request is available until 30 April 2020.

*Please note that refund and move ticket requests must be submitted before 30 April after which the ticketing system reserves the right to not honor any further requests.
