Refund Process of the Siam Songkran Music Festival
Recently, the organizer of the Siam Songkran Music Festival has already sent email about Refund Process to the email address registered on Eventpop of all buyers.
Refund Process is divided into 2 types as follow;
1. Credit/Debit Card and Alipay: If you make payment via Credit/Debit Card or Alipay, you don't have to request for refund with the staff. Eventpop will make a refund via the automatic system. Refund period depends on the policy of each payment method and card issuer. *You will get refund for ticket price and delivery fee (if any)
2. K Plus and Bill Payment: If you make payment via K Plus and Bill Payment, you have to fill in bank account information to get refund in the form on the system via either My Wallet menu (on Eventpop website or application) or email. You can fill in the form from 14 April onwards. (To get refund faster, please fill in the form within 31 May 2020.) *You will get refund for ticket price and delivery fee (If have)
Refund Process of each payment method is as follows:
1. Payment via Debit card
Eventpop will make a refund via the automatic system. The system will send a confirmation email to you and the bank will return the money back to the account linked to your Debit card within 30-45 days (starting from the day you receive the refund confirmation email) or depending on the bank card issuer.

2. Payment via Credit card
Eventpop will make a refund via the automatic system. The system will send a confirmation email to you and the bank will return the Credit amount back to your card within 1-2 billing cycles (starting from the day you receive the refund confirmation email) or depending on your billing cycle and the bank card issuer.Remark : If you have already paid the amount of this credit card, you will receive a refund credit amount which will increase your credit amount from the original one. The increased credit amount is equal to the paid amount. Your card can be used for payment as usual.

3. Payment via Bill Payment and K Plus
Eventpop will send you an email via the automatic system to fill in bank account number. Please check the email and fill in the bank account number used for returning your money. We will transfer the money back to the bank account specified by you within 15 days after receiving the account number.
Remark: If you fill in the wrong bank account number and do not receive the money, Eventpop will not take responsible for this in any case.
3.1 If you make payment via Bill Payment/K Plus, Eventpop will send you a refund request email via the automatic system to fill in bank account number. Please check the email and click on " Submit Bank Account" button.

3.2 If you have already signed in to your account used for buying tickets, system will take you to Bank Account form in My Wallet menu. Please correctly fill in your bank account detail and attach a photo of the 1st page of your passbook. Then, click on "Submit Bank Account" button.
Remark: You can fill in any bank account detail you want money to be transferred. It doesn't have to be the same bank account that you used to make a payment.
3.3 After submitting the bank account information, the status of your order will change to "Pending Refund"
3.4 Eventpop will check the documents and coordinate with the organizer. If the documents are correct, we will make refund within 15 days after receiving the account number. System will send you a refund confirmation email and bank will transfer money to your bank account within 1-3 working days. Please remind that the period of time can be various depending on bank.
Remark: If you fill in the wrong bank account number and do not receive the money, Eventpop will not take responsible for this in any case.

4. Payment via Alipay
If you made payment via Alipay, Eventpop will make a refund via the automatic system. The system will send a confirmation email to you and the Alipay will return the money back to the account linked to your Alipay account within 45-60 working days (starting from the day you receive the refund confirmation email).
