After purchasing ticket, your order and E-Ticket will be in your My Wallet menu on both Eventpop website and application. You can watch the live streaming via 3 methods as follows:

1. Watching Live Streaming via Eventpop website

Remark: If you buy other person a ticket, ticket owner has to register an account or log in to his/her account on Eventpop website before watching the live streaming.

2. Watching Live Streaming via Eventpop application

Remark: If you buy other person a ticket, ticket owner has to register an account or log in to his/her account on Eventpop website before watching the live streaming.

3. Watching Live Streaming via Email

This method is available on both computer and smartphone.

Remark: Sometimes the "Join Live Session" is  in the junk or spam. 

Recommendations for watching Live Streaming

• 1 ticket/1 email/ 1 person only. 
• 1 ticket can be used to watch the live streaming on 1 device only.
• If you want to change the device, you have to close the live streaming screen on the active device. Then, you can watch the live on other device.
• You can re-enter to continue watching the live streaming until it ends by following the process earlier. Please note that the live streaming is continuously on-airing. This means you are not able to watch the previous content you missed during re-entering.
