Full tax invoice is usually requested by the corporate. It is used as a proof of corporate expenses to the revenue department. The full tax invoice is divided into 2 parts; tax invoice of ticket (Provided by the organizer) and tax invoice of service charge and other fees (Provided by Eventpop).

1. When purchasing ticket, in "request withholding tax/ tax invoice". Select the box "I would a Tax invoice or Receipt".
2. Fill in the details. Double-check the tax invoice information's details before place an order.

Some events that the organizer do not allow buyers to request a tax invoice through Eventpop system. The buyers will not able to request a tax invoice of service charge and other fees during purchasing an order. The buyer have to request a tax invoice of service charge and other fees after they finished completing an order by this following process.
How to request full tax invoice of service charge and other fees after completing your order
In case the buyers cannot or have not request a tax invoice of service charge and other fees during placing an order, the buyers have to request a tax invoice within 24 hours after they finished purchasing an order.
1. At the menu "My Wallet" press "View Order Detail" of an order you want to request tax invoice.
2. Press "Request Full Tax Invoice".
3. Fill in the details. Double-check the tax invoice information's details before press "Submit"
After that you can immediately download full tax invoice of service charge and other fees at the page order detail.
Remarks
- If you purchase an order via Credit card / Debut card / K plus / QR; you can press " View Order Detail" to immediately request a tax invoice after completing your order within 24 hours.
- If you purchase an order via Bill payment; you can request tax invoice within 24 hours after your order changes status to "Already Paid"
- If you purchase an order via Bank Transfer; you can request tax invoice within 24 hours after the organizer check and approve your order. The order status will change to "Already Paid"
