I changed my name or surname, and it doesn't match with the name on E-Ticket. What should I do?

In case you have changed your name or surname and it doesn't match with the name on the E-ticket, please bring documents to attend the event as follows:

1. E-Ticket - printed or shown on mobile phone

2. Real proof of Identity - ID card/Driving license/Passport or other documents depending on the organizer's condition

3. Copy of name change certificate issued by the Government

I lost my ID card/Passport. What should I do?

In case you lost your ID card/Passport before going to the event, we suggest you request and make a new ID card at the district office or show other documents (depending on the conditions of the organizer) instead.

However, if you lost your ID card/Passport on the event day and there is no other document can be used to verify your identity, we suggest you get a notice for lost at nearest police station for your lost ID card/Passport and bring it to show with the organizer. We advise you provide all the evidences including your E-Ticket/Physical ticket/Order Confirmation and the notice for lost to the staff at the venue. Then, the organizer will make decision on this. Please remind that decision of the organizer is final.

I didn't bring my ID card/Driving license/Passport. What should I do?

To enter the event or receive ticket, attendee must prepare all documents required by the organizer. If you do not bring your identity document e.g. ID Card/Driving license/Passport, the organizer reserves the rights not to allow you to attend the event because the documents do not meet the conditions.

We suggest you contact the staff at the event venue to inquire about using other identity documents by showing all available evidence to the authorities. In this case, it depends on discretion of the organizer or staff at the event.

Can I use photo of ID card/Driving license/Passport instead of the real one?

Normally, the organizer requires you to show only your real proof of identity as in the conditions of the organizer.

If the organizer does not specify that the photo of proof of identity can be used, we do not recommend you to use it. The organizer reserves the rights not to let you enter the event or receive ticket depending on discretion of the organizer at the venue only.
