1. Visit Eventpop website and log in to your account. Then, click on your profile picture or "My Wallet" menu in the top right corner.

2. Click on "Tickets" menu.

3. Click on "View Details" button of the E-Ticket you would like to check the Ref. code.

4. Scroll down. You will see the Ref. Code (consist 6 digits of alphabets and/or numbers) below the QR Code.

1. Open Eventpop application and log in to your account.

2. Click on "Wallet" menu.

3. Click on "Tickets" menu. Then, click on "View Tickets" button of the E-Ticket you would like to check the Ref. code.

4. You will see the Ref. Code (consist of 6 digits of alphabets and/or numbers) below the QR Code.

Remark: Please check in the inboxes, spam or junk of your email address filled in the ticket.

1. Go to the inboxes of your email address. You will see an E-Ticket email with Ref. code.

2. You can also click on that email to check the Ref. Code (consist of 6 digits of alphabets and/or numbers) below the QR Code.
