Required Documents for Wristband Redemption

To collect your wristband, please present the documents as follows

• Pre-registered E-Ticket (QR code) received after pre-registering. The name on the QR code must match your ID.

• Only government-issued IDs with a photo and date of birth will be accepted, such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.

  Digital IDs (e.g., Thai ID, Singpass, Digital iD, myGovID) are valid.

• We recommend keeping a physical ID with you at all times for emergencies. If you prefer not to carry your passport, a national ID or driver’s license is also acceptable.

  However, if your passport is your only form of ID, a clear photo of it will also be acceptable.

Pick-up Wristband Point and the Event time

Wristbands can be collected at the Welcome Center, 4th floor of Siam Discovery, across from Virgin Fitness on Dec 27th, 2024, from 11am – 6pm. (GMT+7)

After that, wristbands will be available at the Wristband Pick-Up Point, located near the venue’s box office at Next Tech on 4th floor of Siam Paragon:

• 07:30 P.M. – midnight for all-night parties, (GMT+7)
• 02:00 P.M. – 09:00 P.M. for Jock Ball, (GMT+7)
• 02:00 P.M. – 06:00 P.M. for Beef Ball. (GMT+7)

For Jock Ball party, you can collect the wristband on the event date at TRIBE Sky Beach from 02:00 P.M.-09:00 P.M.

For Beef Ball party, you can collect the wristband on the event date at TRIBE Sky Beach from 02:00 P.M.-06:00 P.M.

Where is the event venue?

• All Night Parties will be held at PARAGON HALL at Siam Paragon, 5th floor.
• Jock Ball & Beef Ball Pool Parties will be held at TRIBE Sky Beach Club at Emsphere, 5th floor

How to pre-register the E-ticket(s)?

Pre-register your tickets before collecting your wristbands here.

During this process, you can update the name to match the ID you’ll present when picking up your wristband. It takes just 30 seconds.

Can I change information after finished pre-registration process? ,and if I make mistake on the pre-registration, how can I edit the information on the ticket?

According to the policy, reference Code/Ticket Code can only be registered once and you may not change the information after you have completed the pre-registration process any circumstances.

Is there a ticket selling at door?

If I lost my wristband, how can I do?

Lost or stolen wristbands must be repurchased: individual tickets at door price, All Night Parties passes at advance tier price. Credits on lost or stolen wristbands cannot be transferred.

If I damaged my wristband, how can I do?

If your wristband is cut or damaged, visit the Wristband Pick-Up Point for a replacement (500 THB fee). Remaining credits will transfer if you bring the old wristband.

Can I have someone collect my wristband?

Yes, you can authorize someone else to pick up your wristbands.

The designated person must present a government-issued ID (original, paper, or digital copies) that matches the name on the ticket.

If I cannot join the event due to unexpected situation, how can I do?

• If you purchased the Refundable Tickets Service in your order, you can submit the refund form by following this FAQ
• If you haven’t pre-registration your ticket. During this process, you can update the name to match the ID you’ll present when picking up your wristband. It takes just 30 seconds. Pre-register your tickets before collecting your wristbands here.
