For some events, the organizers allow buyers to request tax invoice through Eventpop system. You can make a request by this following process.

1. When purchasing ticket, in "request withholding tax/ tax invoice". Select the box "I would a Tax invoice or Receipt".
2. Fill in the details. Double-check the tax invoice information's details before place an order.

In case the organizer allow the buyer to request full tax invoice through Eventpop system. However, the buyer do not make a request during purchasing an order. The buyer able to make a request for full tax invoice after completing an order by this following process
1. Login to Eventpop.me and select "My Wallet".
2. Select the order you want to request tax invoice, then choose "View Order Detail".
3. Select "Request Full Tax Invoice".
4. Fill in your information. Double-check your information detail before select "Submit".
