How to make a payment via Bill Payment
Bill payment is one of payment methods that can be provided by the organizer. Even though you have no Credit/Debit card, you still can make an order and make a payment via Bill Payment. You can get the bill and pay in cash at the bank, ATMs or listed convenience stores. You can also make a payment via Mobile Banking services. If you want to pay in this way, you can follow these steps as follow:
How to make a payment by Bill Payment on website
1. After reviewing the order summary, click on "Confirm". The system will automatically take you to the payment method page. Select "Bill Payment" and Click on “Confirm”.
2. The system will create bill payment for you. Choose "Print Bill Payment", After that, you can pay your order at ATMs, listed convenience stores, or Mobile Banking services.
3. After making payment, the system will take 15 minutes to verify your payment.
4. If the payment is completed, the system will send a confirmation email with your ticket.

Remark : If it is an event that requires customers to receive tickets at the venue, there will be the payment confirmation document (Order Confirmation) attached in the email to get the tickets on the day of the event. If it is event that requires the E-Ticket to enter the event, the E-Ticket with the information you filled will be attached in the email.
