How to make a payment via Bill Payment

Bill payment is one of payment methods that can be provided by the organizer. Even though you have no Credit/Debit card, you still can make an order and make a payment via Bill Payment. You can get the bill and pay in cash at the bank, ATMs or listed convenience stores. You can also make a payment via Mobile Banking services. If you want to pay in this way, you can follow these steps as follow: 

How to make a payment via Bill Payment on website

1.Go to Eventpop and select the event that you are interested in or enter from the link promoted on social media of the organizer.

2. After reading the details of the event, registering account or signing in to your account, you can select the quantity and type of tickets you want. Then, click on "Buy Tickets".

3. Fill in the details of participants. (If the participant is the buyer, you can click on the checkbox "Use My Information". Your information will be automatically filled in.)

TIP: Please check whether the information is correctly filled in because this information will be filled in your tickets and cannot be changed after the order is completed.

4. You can review your order summary before confirming your order. After reviewing the order summary, click on "Confirm"

5. The system will automatically take you to the payment method page. Select "Bill Payment" and Click on “Confirm”. The system will create bill payment for you. You can download bill payment by clicking on "Print Bill Payment", downloading from the payment notification email that will be sent to the buyer's email or downloading to your mobile phone. After that, you can pay your order at ATMs, listed convenience stores, or Mobile Banking services.

6. You can show a bill from your mobile phone or print it out and show it at ATMs, listed convenience stores or banks. After making payment, the system will take 15 minutes to verify your payment. If the payment is completed, the system will send a confirmation email with your ticket.

Remark : If it is an event that requires customers to receive tickets at the venue, there will be the payment confirmation document (Order Confirmation) attached in the email to get the tickets on the day of the event. If it is event that requires the E-Ticket to enter the event, the E-Ticket with the information you filled will be attached in the email.
