Problems and Questions about how to create an Eventpop account by email
In case you get notifications, these might be because of some mismatches between your information and the information that the system requires. You are able to recheck and edit the information according to the shown notifications. Here is how to fix these problems.
Getting a notification saying that "Email has already been taken", what should I do?
If the notification says that "Email has already been taken", we suggest you recheck your email whether there has been a confirmation email from Eventpop. In case you have received the email, it indicates that this email address has already been registered in the system.
If you want to log in by using this email address, we suggest you log in by clicking on "Log in". Then, fill in your email address and password.
If you can't remember your password, you are able to reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password". Then, create new password. However, if you have never received a confirmation email from us, please contact our Customer Support so that our staff can assist you to check details.
Getting a notification saying that "This email is invalid", what should I do?
If you get the notification saying that this email "is invalid", it indicates that there is a misspell in your email address. Please recheck your spelling.
- Check whether there are any spaces, misspells or double letters in your email address e.g. pop @eventpop.me or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Check whether there are more than one "@" symbols e.g. pop@@eventpop.me
- Any special symbols e.g.[ ] ( ) , : , ; and other symbols
- Sometimes you forget to fill in or misspell URL e.g. @yahoo, @hotmail or from .com to .co.th
I filled in the wrong email address. What should I do?
In case you register an account by using wrong email address, you won't be able to receive the confirmation email, e-ticket emails and other news.
Normally, you can edit your email address by going to "My Profile" menu. Then, fill in the right email address and confirm editing. The system will send a confirmation email to you. Then, click on "Confirm editing" in your email. After the editing is confirmed, logging in and notification emails of the next purchase will be automatically sent to your new email address. (Editing won't affect the previous purchases you made.)
If you have already used your correct email address to sign up in the system, the system won't allow you to change the email address. This is because the account that is registered with the correct email address has already been recorded in our system. You will not be able to register or edit account using this email address again. Also, you will not be able to merge information from two accounts together.
If you have tickets of upcoming events in the wrong account, we suggest you log in with the wrong email address to download tickets, order information or check the shipping information. For next purchase, please check and log in with the correct email address.
