How to reset password?

If you already signed up with email and you forgot the password, you can reset your password by following the process below.

How to reset password on website

1. Go to Eventpop and click on hamburger icon. Then, choose "Log in / Sign Up"

2. Click on "Forgot Password"

3. Fill in the email address that you forgot your password in the box. Then, click on "Send Reset Link" to reset and create new password 

4. The system will automatically email you a link to reset your password. Open the email and click on "Change my password"

5. After clicking on "Change my password", The system will ask you to fill in your new password and retype it to confirm. Then, click on "Change my password"

6. If the passwords in two boxes match with each other, the system will edit password for this account. You will able to log in to Eventpop.

How to reset password on app

1. Open Eventpop app then tap "Log in"

What should I do if I receive an email for resetting my password, but I didn't request for it?

Due to the security of Eventpop website, others who want to log in to your account won't be able to set a new password for the account except they can access to your email. For safety, we would advise that you set a new password for better safety.

What should I do if I can't log in with Facebook?

If you can't log in with Facebook, please check the browser that you use to enter Eventpop. This is because the account linked with Facebook will be based on the browser you use.
