What should I do if I filled in wrong buyer's information?
In case you filled in wrong information by your mistake or using Facebook to register, correcting information will depend on organizer's policy because regulations of each event are not the same and you cannot edit it by yourself.
You need to contact Customer Support to coordinate with the organizer for your case. If the organizer allows changing, the officer will ask for the correct information and change it. However, if the organizer does not allow changing, you will have to show all documents of purchase as proof of ticket receipt at the event.
Tips: Changing information in the "My Profile" menu will not affect the order list that has already made.
