Problems and Questions about making payment via Credit/Debit card

There is no bank confirmation page shown to confirm OTP. What should I do?

When you make an order and payment via Credit/Debit card, you have to make a process on the identity confirmation page of the bank (3D-Secure). In case you may not be able to enter the identity confirmation page, this can be caused by a lot of reasons such as  device, internet signal or the browser you used. It is sometimes caused by the bank website.

If you make an order via a computer, we suggest you use Google Chrome and try to make an order again. If you make an order via mobile phone, we suggest you make an order via Eventpop application. You can download it for free on both iOS and Android operation system.

In case you have tried to make a new order but there is no bank confirmation page shown to confirm OTP, it may be caused by the bank website itself. You can contact the bank directly to request the OTP code or change to another Credit/Debit card.


I did not receive OTP password. What should I do?

When you make an order and choose to make a payment via Credit/Debit card, the system will ask you to fill in the OTP (One Time Password) on the identity confirmation page to confirm that you are the owner of the card. You can request for the OTP by clicking on "Request OTP" button and waiting for the system to send the OTP to your mobile phone. Your card will be charged if the information is correct. 

In some cases, you did not receive OTP due to many various reasons such as internet connection or browser used to make order.

  • If you make an order via computer, we suggest you use Google Chrome browser and try to order again.
  • If you make an order via mobile phone, we suggest you make an order via Eventpop application. You can download it for free on both iOS and Android system.
  • If you are sure that your phone number is the same as the one you applied for the Debit/Credit card and never block any SMS, we suggest you directly contact the bank to request an OTP.

There is a red pop-up notification shown up. What should I do?

In case you choose to make a payment via Credit/Debit card but there is a pop-up notification saying "We couldn't process your credit card. Please try again or try a different card or contact your bank holder/card issuer." This notification will show up when your card can't be authorized from payment gateway. This can be caused by many reasons as follows:

- You fill in the incorrect information such as Credit/Debit card number, expiration date, CVV number, etc. We suggest you make a new order and recheck your information before confirming order.

- The amount exceeds your credit limit or insufficient fund. We suggest you contact the card issuing bank to check your credit limit, amount of money in the account, make payments via another Credit/Debit card or change payment method.

- The payment via Credit/Debit card is rejected from the issuing bank. We suggest you contact the card issuing bank to inquire about the cause and the solution.
