How to transfer E-Ticket

How to transfer tickets to other people online (via system)

Remark: Transferring tickets online is available in only some events.

In some events, the organizer allows you to transfer tickets to other people on the system in case you cannot attend the event due to any cases or want to transfer tickets to other people.

1. For ticket owner

You can check the E-ticket that can be transferred at My Wallet menu -  Only ticket owners can transfer their E-Ticket (based on the email account filled in the E-Ticket).

How to transfer E-Ticket on website

Enter to Eventpop and go to My Wallet menu. Then, click on "Tickets". You will see your tickets. If your ticket can be transferred, there will be "Transfer Ticket" section below the event name.

Click on " Transfer". The system will let you fill in the email of ticket recipient you want to transfer, and click on "Transfer" again to confirm.

After that, the system will send an invitation email to ticket recipient. Ticket recipient must accept invitation within 48 hours. If the recipient accepts the invitation, E-ticket will be sent to recipient's email and account. Old E-ticket will be cancelled and cannot be used to attend the event.


2. For ticket recipient

You will receive an email to confirm the transfer. Click on the email and " Confirm Receiving Ticket". (If you didn't receive the email, the ticket's owner can send "Transfer link" to the recipient, so the recipient can process through the link instead). 

The transfer page will be shown up. If you are an Eventpop member, you can log in to your Eventpop account and click on  "Confirm Receiving Ticket". However, if you are not an Eventpop member, you have to sign up as a member and log in before you click on "Confirm Receiving Ticket". (Please carefully check your name, email and phone number on the My Profile page since the system will automatically retrieve personal information into your E-Ticket.)

After clicking on "Confirm Receive Ticket", your new ticket will be shown at My Wallet menu and sent to your email. Ticket recipient can print or show E-Ticket from mobile phone together with ID card/Driving license/Passportto attend the event.



How to transfer E-Ticket on Eventpop application

 1. For ticket owner
Enter to Eventpop application and go to " Wallet" menu. Then, tap on " Tickets". You will see your tickets. If your ticket can be transferred, there will be "Transfer Ticket" section below the event name.

When you find the ticket you want to transfer, tap on " ..." at the right corner.

Then, tap on " Transfer Ticket". Fill in the email of the recipient and tap on "Transfer". The system will send an invitation email to the ticket recipient.

For ticket recipient, please check the email that the system has sent. Then, tap on " Accept This Ticket".

The transfer page will be shown up. If you are an Eventpop member, you can log in to your Eventpop account and tap on " Confirm Receiving Ticket". However, if you are not an Eventpop member, you have to sign up as a member and log in before you click on "Confirm Receiving Ticket". (Please carefully check your name, email and phone number on the My Profile page since the system will automatically retrieve personal information into your E-Ticket.)

After tapping on "Accept This Transfer", your new ticket will be shown on the " Wallet" menu and sent to you via email. The recipient can print or show the E-Ticket from the mobile phone together with ID card/Driving license to attend the event.



How to transfer ticket to other people offline (using documents)

If the organizer does not allow you to transfer ticket via the system, you can transfer ticket offline. Please show the documents as follows:

1. E-Ticket (printed out or showed from mobile phone) 
2. A printed out copy of ID card/Driving license/Passport with authorized letter. Please write clearly for the name of the person who you has transferred the ticket. (Conditions may be changed depending on the organizer's conditions)
3. ID card/Driving license/Passport of the person who has been transferred. The name on the ID card must match the copy of the authorized letter.

Remark : The authorized evidence may be changed depending on the conditions of the organizer.
