How to transfer tickets to other people online (via system)
In some events, the organizer allows you to transfer E-tickets to other people on the system in case you cannot attend the event due to any cases or want to transfer tickets to other people.
How to transfer E-Ticket on website
You can check your E-Ticket and transfer the ticket rights in the "My Wallet" menu by following these steps:
Remark: Only the ticket owner (based on the email account that matches the E-Ticket) can transfer the ticket rights.
- Go to the Eventpop website and click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select the "Tickets" section. Click the "View Detail" button for the ticket you wish to transfer.
- Click the "Transfer Ticket" button. Enter the email address of the person who will attend the event instead, then click the "Transfer Ticket" button.
Click the "Confirm" button.
After that, the system will send an invitation email to the recipient of the ticket transfer. The recipient must accept the transfer within 48 hours.
Once the recipient accepts the transfer, the system will send a new E-Ticket to their email and Eventpop account. The original ticket in your account will be canceled and can no longer be used for entry to the event.
Ticket recipient doesn't receive the invitation email. What should I do?
If the ticket recipient doesn't receive the email, the ticket's owner can copy and send the "Transfer link" to the recipient, and the recipient can process it through the link instead. To do this, go to the ticket and tap on "View Detail" in the Transfer section on www.eventpop.me. The invitation link will be shown below.
Remark: The ticket owner can also cancel the ticket transfer using this process.
How to transfer E-Ticket on Eventpop application

- Click the "View Ticket Info" button for the ticket you wish to transfer, then click the "Transfer Ticket" button.
- Enter the email address of the person who will attend the event instead, then click the "Transfer Ticket" button.
Click the "Confirm Transfer Ticket" button.
After that, the system will send an invitation email to the recipient of the ticket transfer. The recipient must accept the transfer within 48 hours.

How to transfer ticket to other people offline (using documents)
If the organizer does not allow you to transfer ticket via the system, you can transfer ticket offline in some events. Please show the documents as follows:
1. E-Ticket (printed out or showed from mobile phone)
2. A printed copy of Ticket buyer's ID card/Driving license/Passport with authorized letter. Please write clearly for the name of the new ticket owner. (Conditions may be changed depending on the organizer's conditions)
3. ID card/Driving license/Passport of the new owner. The name on the ID card must match the copy of the authorized letter.
Remark: The authorized evidence may be changed depending on the conditions of the organizer.
