How to register for free ticket event
To register for a free ticket event on Eventpop, you can choose an interesting event and go to the event page on our website or promoted link from the organizers on their social network.
Register for free ticket on website
1. Press "View Tickets"
2. Select ticket amount and press "Get Tickets"
3. Fill in ticket holder's information at the required fields marked with * symbol.
4. After filling in all the details and recheck the information, click on "Confirm".
5. The system will automatically check your information. If you fill in incorrect information, there will be red message warning notification informing reason or incorrect position. If the order is completed, the system will confirm the order, bring you to thank you page and send E-Ticket to menu "My Wallet" and your email.

What should I do after registering for free ticket?
You can check your E-Ticket in the email sent by the system. On the day of the event, you can print or download PDF file to your mobile phone and show it to confirm with the staff along with your passport or other identity documents accepted by the organizers.
On the day of the event, customers must provide evidences to attend the event as follows:
1. E-Ticket (Print or download PDF file to your mobile phone)
2. Show the identity documents such as identification card / driving license / passport or other documents accepted by the organizers (For foreigners, the documents should be specified only in English)
