How to make a payment via Credit/Debit card

Accepted Credit/Debit cards 

Credit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard or JCB are accepted on Eventpop.

Debit cards issued by Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Kasikorn Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Thanachart Bank or other banks in Thailand are accepted on Eventpop. Debit cards issued by oversea banks are also accepted on Eventpop if they are supported for international online payment.


I make a payment via Credit/Debit card for the first time. What should I do? 

According to policies of Visa, Mastercard, JCB and card issuing banks, you must register for an E-payment service to verify your card before making purchase. After that, your card will be verified and can be used for purchasing on various websites. If you have not registered for this service, the system will notify you to register for it. 

If you use debit cards issued in Thailand, you can enter the link below and follow the steps to register for E-payment service. The links for each bank are as follows:

Bangkok Bank:  Bualuang iPay
Krung Thai Bank:  Verified by VISA
Bank of Ayudhya:  Verified by VISA
Kasikorn Bank:  Internet Shopping
Siam Commercial Bank:  SCB Easy Net
Thanachart Bank:  Internet Shopping

After registering for the E-payment service, you will be able to make purchases and pay via these debit cards.


How to make a payment via Credit/Debit card

Only accepted credit / debit cards can be made a payment on website and Eventpop application depending on your convenience. Please follow these steps below to make purchase via credit/debit cards.

How to make a payment via Credit/Debit card on website

1. Go to Eventpop. Then, select the event that you are interested in or enter to the event page by clicking on link posted on social media from the organizer.

2. After reading the details of the event, registering account or signing in to your account, you can select the quantity and type of tickets you want. Then, click on "Buy Tickets".

3. Fill in the details of participants. (If the participant is the buyer, you can click on the checkbox " Use My Information". Your information will be automatically filled in.)

TIP: Please check whether the information is correctly filled in because this information will be filled in your tickets and cannot be changed after the order is completed.

4. You can review your order summary before confirming your order. After reviewing the order summary, click on " Confirm"

5. The system will automatically take you to the payment method page. Select  "Credit/Debit Card". In the card information part, customers must fill in all required information as follow:

- Credit/Debit card numbers. The number is in the front of your credit/debit card. 
- Name of cardholder. It is the name of the card owner. Please fill in the capital letters in both first and last name. 
- Card expiration date. The expiration date is shown on your credit/debit card. 
- CVV number. The 3-digits code is on the back of the card.

If your Debit/Credit card isn't issued in Thailand, please fill in your billing address as in the picture below.

You can review your Grand Total at the column on the right. You can click on " View Detail" to review the Grand Total in detail.

TIP: In case you fill in the wrong information or incompletely fill in information, You will not be able to make payments via credit or debit cards. Please check information and balance in your account every time before making order to save your time. 

6. After filling in the information, click on  "Confirm". The system will take you to the card security protection page which you should fill in the OTP (One Time Password) to confirm that you're the owner of the card by clicking on "Request OTP" button. The system will send the OTP code to your mobile phone. After filling in the OTP, click on "Submit" button. The bank will charge your transaction If the information is correct. 

TIPS : The verification depends on Bank holder. Some banks will verify by Code you have filled when you registered online payment or the other way.

7. After your transaction is completed, the system will bring you to the thank you page as shown below and the system will send you a confirmation email with your ticket.



How to make a payment via Credit/Debit card on Eventpop application

1. Choose an event you are interested in.
