How to request for withholding tax

You can request for withholdIng tax when you make purchase in the name of the company. When you request for withholding tax, you should know the organizer's address, create withholding tax form and send it to the organizer as you agreed with the organizer. You can request withholding tax when you purchase a product or service that costs more than 1,000 baht onwards with the organizer only. For Eventpop, We have been exempted withholding from BOI til 24 June 2020.

* In case you have requested for withholding tax, but the organizer does not receive the withholding tax form, the organizer has a right to reject your attendance.

How to request for withholding tax on website

To request for withholding tax, you must contact the organizer directly to request for a withholding address. Some event organizers will allow the buyers to make request for withholding tax during making purchase. Requesting for withholding tax on the system is divided into 2 cases as follows;

In case the organizer makes a deduction by deducting from the amount that must be paid on the system, you can click on "Has Withholding Tax". Then, you should bring withholding tax form and give it to the organizer at the event.
In case the organizer allows the buyers to request withholding tax by paying in full amount first, you can click on "Request for Withholding tax". You will pay full amount of price before. Then, you should bring withholding tax form and give it to the organizer at the event or depending on the organizer's request. You will receive the refund of tax from the organizer.

If the organizer does not allow you to request for withholding tax form on the system, you can contact directly the organizer by contacting the organizer on the event page to ask about requesting withholding tax.
