How to request for refund on the system (In case the event is postponed/Refund is allowed)

If the event is postponed or the organizer allows you to request for refund, please follow these steps below to submit refund request.

How to submit Refund Request on Website

1. Log in to your account used to purchase tickers and tap on the icon on the top right corner. Then, choose "Orders".

2. Tap on the "View Order Detail" button of the order you would like to request for refund.

3. Tap on "Request for a Refund" button. The system will pop-up window asking for your confirmation. Click on "OK". 

4. The status of order will change to "Refund Requested" with the date and time you submit the request in both Order summary page and My Wallet.

After the refund request period ends, the company will summarize order details and clear the accounting documents with the organizer and refund your order depending on your payment method. Click here for more information.


How to submit Refund Request on Application

1. Log in to your account used to purchase tickers and tap on "Wallet" menu.

2. Tap on "View All"

3. Tap on the order you would like to request for refund.

4. Scroll down and tap on "Request for a refund" button. Tap on "Yes" to confirm your request.

5. The status of order will change to "Refund Requested" with the date and time you submit the request. 

After the refund request period ends, the company will summarize order details and clear the accounting documents with the organizer and refund your order depending on your payment method. Tap here for more information.
