Queueing before buying a ticket?

If the queue is enabled, you will find the "Get in Queue" button before buying a ticket. Once it's your turn to purchase a ticket, you can purchase a ticket via the website.

If it's your turn to buy a ticket but you're unable to proceed with the purchase, please provide your queue number and relevant evidence to our Customer Support via Line ID: @eventpop


If the queue system is not open, you can purchase a ticket normally without queuing.


How to check order status

Once you have made a payment, you can check the order status via email and the menu "My Wallet"

How to Transfer E-Tickets via the LINE Application

If a customer purchased a ticket through the Official LINE Account "Cocktail" and wishes to transfer the ticket, they can follow these steps:

Note: Only the ticket owner can transfer the ticket (based on thew LINE account name that matches the E-Ticket).

  1. Open the LINE application. To check your E-ticket, go to the Official LINE Account: @cheerscocktail and then select "My E-Ticket."
  2. Select "Available Tickets."
  3. Press the "View Details" button for the ticket you wish to transfer.
  4. Scroll down and press the "Transfer Ticket" button.
  5. Enter the email address of the person who will be attending in your place, then press the "Transfer Ticket" button.
  6. Press the "Confirm Ticket Transfer" button.


The system will then send an invitation email to the recipient of the ticket, and the recipient must accept the transfer within 48 hours.

Once the recipient accepts the transfer, the system will send a new E-Ticket to the recipient's email and account. The original ticket in your account will be cancelled and cannot be used to enter the event.




In case of misspelled name and duplicate name

If the name on the ticket is duplicated or has a minor misspelling, it will not affect your entry to the event.

You can show your E-Ticket along with your ID card / Passport for verification at the event venue.


Can I change the showtime after I have made a payment?

Regarding the policy of this event, once the payment has been completed, tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, exchanged, upgraded, or have the event date changed under any circumstances.


If you can't join the event, you can transfer your E-ticket via the Eventpop system until the event date.

Can I change the seat after I have made a payment?

Regarding the policy of this event, once the payment has been completed, tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, exchanged, upgraded, or have the event date changed under any circumstances.


Can I re-purchase the souvenir card (Add-on) after making a payment?

If you have already completed your purchase and would like to order a souvenir card later, you can select “Add-on Ticket” from the My Wallet menu or the ticket sales page for each location.
