How to buy seating ticket on website?

1. After reading the detail and condition of your interested event, select "Get Tickets"  

2. Reading the detail of each type of the ticket and press "Choose Zone and Seats"

3. Select your selected zone (There will be a black frame covered at your selected zone)

4. Select your seat

Remarks

Black is sold out seat or pending on the other order

White is available seat

Purple is your selected seat. 

5. After selecting seat press "Buy Tickets" 

6. Fill in the ticket holder's information (If the ticket holder is as same as the ticket buyer, you can select "Use My Information" an information will be automatically filled). Press "Confirm" after you finished reviewing all information.

Payment via Credit card/Debit card

Payment via Bill Payment

Payment via K Plus

If the order is completed, the system will confirm the order, bring you to thank you page and send E-Ticket to menu "My Wallet" and your email.

Remark

- In the case of a duplicated seat, we reserve the right to assign that seat to the first buyer in the system based on the order number.

- If your order status does not change to "Paid" within 5 minutes, please contact our Customer Support and provide your order number so that we can investigate.
