How to buy a ticket and receive it at the event
What is
physical
ticket/wristband?
Physical ticket is a ticket you will receive from Eventpop to join the event. The physical ticket is usually a PVC card or Paper card attached with the hologram. There is information specified on the cards according to the conditions of each event organizer. (Some events may specify name on ticket, and only the ticket owner can attend the events. Some events doesn't specify name on the cards, this means everybody with the cards can attend the events.) Information on the cards is used to confirm your identity at the events.
Wristband is a band ticket wearing around your wrist from Eventpop you will use to join the event. There are many types of wristbands depending on the design of each event organizer. Wristbands of some events will be wristbands with NFC, so the attendees can top-up money and spend it in the events. Wristbands of some other events will be paper straps or plain fabrics. One wristband is for one attendee. Wristbands should not be lost or cut off , so please keep it well.
How to buy ticket and receive at the event on website
There are some events that the organizers let the buyers decide on how to receive the physical tickets/wristbands; shipping or receiving at the events. Receiving tickets at the event will be provided for events that physical tickets/wristbands are required to attend the events. The organizer will allow you to choose to receive a ticket at the event by using your Order Confirmation with supporting documents according to the conditions of the organizer. The process of buying tickets is as follows:
1. Enter
2. Read all the event and ticket details. Choose type and quantity of tickets you want, then click on "Buy Tickets".
3. Fill in attendee's info. (If you are the attendee, click on the checkbox "Use My Information". Your info will be automatically filled in.)
Remark: Please recheck and make sure that the info is correct because it cannot be changed after the payment is completed.
4. Choose "Receive at the event" and fill in information of ticket recipient.
5. Recheck your order information again and click on "Confirm" button to proceed to payment page.
6. Choose a payment method. Normally, there are 5 payment methods as follows:
Payment via Credit card/Debit card
Payment via Bill Payment
Payment via Bank Transfer
Payment via K Plus
Payment via Alipay
7. After payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email or click on "View My Order" button to check your order info.
On the day of the event, please show evidence to receive ticket as follows:
1. Order Confirmation (can be printed or displayed via smart phone) 2. Show identity document as the organizer requires e.g. ID card/driving license/original passport (for foreigners)
Please show these documents to the staff in order to receive ticket. Now, you can attend the event.

1. Open Eventpop App and Choose your event or tap a link from the organizer social media. Then, Tap "View Ticket"
2. Read all the event and ticket details. Choose type and quantity of tickets you want, then click on "Buy Tickets".
