How to buy E-Ticket
You can buy tickets for every events you are interested in via both Eventpop website and application. The process is as follows:
How to buy E-Ticket on website
- Enter Eventpop and choose your interesting event or enter from the link that the organizer promoted on social network. Then, click on "View Tickets".
- Read all the event and ticket details. Choose type and quantity of tickets you want, then click on " Buy Tickets".
- Fill in attendee's info. (If you are the attendee, click on the checkbox "Use My Information". Your info will be automatically filled in.) Please recheck and make sure that the info is correct because it cannot be changed after the payment is completed.
- Press on "Confirm" button to proceed to payment page.
Remarks : If you want to cancel your ongoing order please press on "Cancel this order". The system will cancel the order immediately.
Choose a payment method. Normally, there are 5 payment methods as follows:
Payment via Credit card/Debit card
After the payment is completed, the system will send E-Ticket to your email or you can check and download it at "My Wallet" menu.

Recommended browsers and applications for purchasing tickets
- If you make purchase via computer, we suggest you use Google Chrome, which is the most stable browser, and avoid using Internet Explorer.
- If you proceed the order via mobile device, we suggest you use Eventpop application which supports on both iOS and Android. Please avoid using Line, Facebook and mobile-based browser to make orders
